Forensic Automotive Engineering is the application of engineering principles and practices to matters of the court, using our expertise to explain complex reports in understandable terms. Our engineers hold engineering degrees, maintain certifications, and have years of practical experience in the field of motor vehicles. Combining principles and practices with formal and practical knowledge of motor vehicles, we are prepared to discover and defend any findings for any case.
Our investigative team is lead by our President, Jeff Lange, PE. Mr. Lange is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State, a Board Certified Forensic Engineer, and an ASE Master Automotive Repair Technician. Along with his investigative and engineering duties, Jeff oversees all investigations and assigns the most qualified team member(s) to each case. Jeff does all final reviews of investigative findings, opinions, and reports, making Lange Technical Services, Ltd. one of the few Forensic Engineering companies to offer engineering oversight at all investigative levels.
